Lloyd Kaufman

On March 20 and 21, 2010, a film festival that people will talk about for a long time afterwards will come to Amsterdam, the Netherlands: The Amsterdam Tromathon!
At two venues, the Filmmuseum and Cinema OT301, seven classic movies from the New York-based independent film company Troma Entertainment will be screened.

In addition to this, there will be a special program on Troma president Lloyd Kaufman, who will be guest of honor of the festival. The legendary filmmaker and co-founder of Troma will introduce films, participate in Q&A’s and have signing sessions. But that’s not all: he will also present the master class Make Your Own Damn Movie! which has become a success worldwide. Furthermore, Troma merchandise will be sold at both venues.

The Amsterdam Tromathon, March 20th at Filmmuseum (EYE Film Instituut Nederland) and March 21st at Cinema OT301 (Overtoom 301, Amsterdam).
